Older homes, older pipes
Many of Fort Lauderdale’s established neighborhoods were built from the 1940s to the 1970s. These homes may still have galvanized supply lines that rust shut from the inside and cast iron drains that crack under the slab. Low pressure, rusty water and repeated clogs are the signs. We repair what can be repaired and price a repipe when it’s the better long-term fix.
Canals and the water table
The “Venice of America” has miles of canals and a high water table. After heavy rain or king tides, drains and sewer lines can back up. If several fixtures drain slowly at once, the main line needs attention.
Businesses and rentals
Fort Lauderdale has a lot of restaurants, shops and rental properties. We clear grease from kitchen lines with hydro-jetting, fix restroom fixtures and respond 24/7 when something fails.
