Leak Detection & Pipe Repair in Deerfield Beach, FL

Non-invasive leak detection, slab leaks, rerouting and repiping in copper, PEX and CPVC.

A water bill that jumps for no reason, a warm spot on the floor or a meter that spins with everything off usually means a hidden leak. We find it with acoustic and pressure testing before opening anything, so we cut one small hole instead of tearing up your floor. Then we repair it, reroute the line or repipe, depending on what makes sense for your home.

Signs you need this

  • Your water bill went up and your usage didn't
  • The water meter moves with every fixture turned off
  • A warm or damp spot on a tile or concrete floor
  • The sound of running water when nothing is on
  • Mold, musty smell or stained drywall near the floor
  • Low water pressure throughout the house

What is a slab leak?

Most South Florida homes sit on a concrete slab with the water lines underneath. A slab leak is a break in one of those lines. Signs include a higher bill, warm spots on the floor and the sound of running water.

Do you have to break up my floor?

Not usually. We pinpoint the leak first, then either open one small spot to repair it or reroute the line through the wall or attic so the slab isn't touched.

Should I repair the leak or repipe?

One leak in otherwise good pipe is a repair. Repeated leaks, galvanized or polybutylene pipe, or low pressure everywhere point to a repipe. We'll show you the evidence and price both.

My water bill doubled. Can you find out why?

Yes. We check toilets, the meter, irrigation and the supply lines to find where the water is going.
